It worked perfectly and the wireless set up was to easy. Wireless does cost more but it really is nice not tripping or snatching the headphones out.

It’s my first time using a wireless headset and to be honest it’s the best thing I’ve ever bought. Highly recommend

I agree with all the 1 Star reviews about the quality from HyperX. I didn’t buy the HyperX - Cloud Alpha Wireless Gaming Headset for PC, PS5, and PS4 - Black/Red, but I noticed they have a similar cheap plastic clip that attaches to the ear cup as the one I bought: HyperX Cloud Core Bluetooth Wireless Gaming Headset for PC. The quality is poor or non-existent and HyperX does not honor their 2 year warranty on the headset. The warranty is for two years, but when HyperX technical support was provided photos and video of the broken part (headset purchased in July 2023) they claim it is physical damage and not covered under the warranty. Physical damage from just putting on and taking off the headset? That’s ridiculous and just shows the materials used to make the product are cheap! It also speaks volumes about what type of company they are by not honoring their 2 year warranty. Perhaps they were getting too many product failures in their first year and the solution they came up with was to not honor the warranty due to “physical damage.” I cannot recommend their products based on my experience and you should be careful about spending your hard earned money on such a lack of quality headset.

The headset is the most comfortable i have ever worn. The cushions wrap around your ear instead of pushing on them so you dont get those sores afte ayjng games or watching lovies for hours.

Great headset battery life is amazing. Never have to charge the 200 hour battery Life is not a lie.

These here are amazing and the quality is out this world. And the battery life is sweet I charge mine maybe once a month.

I upgraded from the Cloud II wireless and it was worth the price difference. The battery life alone is amazing and the spatial audio adds something the Cloud II didn't offer.

These gaming headphones are awesome! To the quality of the Mic and the Level of Awareness this product will be one of my favorites hand down!

Amazing gaming headset I downloaded the hyperX app and I can see how many hours I have left and the microphone is amazing also there is no latency.
