It's not bad for the money. The sound is ok, however the headphones cups tend to resonate some frequencies. Occasionally, I would catch a weird sound, try to understand if it is an artifact of the media, a sound from outside, or I am loosing it. I am quite sure that the headphones somehow respond to a variety of sounds and make for a confusing experience.

The battery life alone is amazing and the spatial audio adds something the Cloud II didn't offer.
