This headset is hands down one of the best I ever purchased.

After a year or so ago of using it. I absolutely loved it. Best headphone I ever had. But battery just died and it won't charge anymore. What a waste of $200. Didn't even last for 2 years.

The mic is terrible. On the highest setting my friends couldn't tell what I was saying. If you get this for solo play, the sound is great, but don't use it if you play with friends you need to talk to.

This js no longer supported on their software. You cannot update it easily and it has started having major connection issues around the time their software decided to not work (months ago). It is a known issue that they do nothing about

I bought this on March 4, 2023. It will not turn on, I can not charge it and I am just over the time to be able to return it. So it is now a very expensive paperweight. I will never buy from these guys again. This is the second Hyper X headset that has become trash.

I don't know what went wrong on this headset but it is the worst hyperx headset I've owned. The first set I got popped and crackled in the right ear, I exchanged it for a different set and it does the same thing. Then out of the blue they go to max volume and all I hear is loud static which was quite painful to say the least.

I normally don’t write reviews negative or positive. These headphones are amazing. I can game for hours on end without issue with comfort. The mic according to my friends is great and no noise gets in. I’ve only charged my headphones once since January 11th and it just hit 20%. I game maybe 30 hours a week and I personally love everything about these. I got them on sale but I’d pay $200 for these no problem.

Worked great for 3 months and then died. Wont turn on not lights to indicate if its charging. Tried multiple cords, bases and outlets but nothing.

I returned the cloud III top one just pay the extra these tune better and seem to have better separation. I am on PC so I use my onboard sound card software along with the hyperX software As for the mic I don't use the mic that much except for Co-op with my cousins. Multiplayer with my cousins, they have no problem hearing me and said they sound fine too. So that's my review on mic. I'm not too up on how Mic sound.What's good? What's bad, but no one kept saying, what you say?

My main requirement when buying a set of wireless headphones was battery life; these do not disappoint. 300 hours estimated is on the conservative side, as I've only charged them twice in two months. I have definitely had headphones that have better sound, especially at this price, but these are no lightweights, and the quality is pretty good (7.5/10). The highs and mids are crisp without much washout. The bass is responsive and hits low, but can get muddy at higher volumes. Mic quality is great but you have to make sure you attach the cable fully - it's a little difficult to get it all the way in. Having a pop filter cushion on the mic is a big plus as well. The band adjusts pretty widely and will fit my big head comfortably without much issue. My biggest problem though is the faux leather earpads, they are hot and uncomfy after about 90 minutes. I replaced mine with some $19 Steelseries mesh fabric cups though and that helps tremendously. Would recommend at lower than retail price especially due to the battery life!

Stopped charging or powering on after 3 months. Guess that’s what I get for banking on “big battery”

Stop bothering me for a review I bought this over a month ago

After installing the software for the headset my audio starting cutting off in between apps. I deleted the software and everything and reinstalled the headset only and the audio was still cutting off. I looked up online and many other people had the same issues with this headset after installing the hyperx ingenuity app

They really do last as long as they claim. I can use them for 3-4 days straight and it'll still be in the 90%-100% range. The mic's great too, my friends had no trouble hearing me through it.

Ive had the steelseries 9s, most turtle beach headphones and many more overpriced headphones for xbox/PC. I bought these to use strictly for PC and they way outperform my 300+ dollar steeseries. The bass is ridiculous. Mids and highs are crisp and clean. The mic has great sound quality. Bluetooth has a strong connection that can reach across multiple rooms. Mic disconnects so these can be used anywhere. I charge these maybe every 4-5 days because the battery lasts so long. Couldnt say enough good things about these headphones. I use them for gaming and even for my music studio when im not mixing. Definitely worth the price. I recommend them to all of my friends.

Great sound quality fast shipping and can get very loud for quite sounds for footsteps in game or just your music
