I can't figure out why. I've tried different usb ports, even a powered usb hub as far away from my PC as possible. It's not unbearable. But it's enough that I have to return the headset. I love everything else about this headset. Especially the Qi charging.

The removable microphone is a great feature in case something happens to it then you only have to replace that part. The only downside is that if the microphone is not 100% seated correctly it could cause issues at the beginning so just make sure that you have it seated

The sound quality was good, of course, there are better sounding headsets for the same price. But wireless charging feature alone beats all other problems. However, it kept turning off while wirelessly charging, and I had to turn it on manually every time.
