I love the feel for the headphones. I am highly upset that after I charged the headphones like instructed the battery is dead after just a couple hours. Now I have to leave them plugged in order for them to work.

meh. Sound quality was lacking, but I'm a picky musician/audio recording geek. The surround sound function was useless, as the sound degradation made it sound like everything came over an old land-line telephone. Comfort was ok, but not great for wearing glasses. Mic was pretty poor. I returned and exchanged these for another brand. If you're not an audiophile and just want a middle of the road gaming headset, these will do the trick...but so will most headsets at half the price of these.

I just upgraded from the Man O' War Wireless 7.1 and I had high expectations. This headset's stereo mode is good. The bass is good, the trebles good. But the reason I bought this is for the 7.1 surround sound which is trash. At no point would you ever want to turn the 7.1 on. It's like you're wearing a high quality headset with it turned off, and a can with a string attached when it's turned on. No point in getting this over the Cloud Flight. In short, the 7.1 is terrible and there's no point in buying these over the Cloud Flight besides the aesthetic.

Good, but not great. Has issues after extended use where there is a crackling sound coming from the headset. It seems the older it gets, the less range it has as well.

It’s a nice headset if it worked. Solid guilty quality, loved the wireless charging- one of the main reasons I purchased it- but then when I went to try to mic it wouldn’t work. I’m a computer guy so I went into settings, audio setup, troubleshooting, manual instructions, everything. The mic simply did not work. Too bad. If I spend $160 on a headset I want the thing to work. Too bad. HyperX was one of my favorite brands.

Nice headsets but there are better in this price range. I didn’t like that you could not make chances to the equalizer. Wouldn’t say they were bad but not great.

In my time of owning this headset I had nothing but problems. These problems included a very loud and annoying constant white noise, random complete disconnects, random loud and obnoxious buzzing/audio distortion, and poor customer service from HyperX. I ended up returning this headset to Best Buy as defective and they were super awesome about the return/exchange process. I ended up swapping it out for a Corsair Virtuoso SE which costs a little more, but is worth every penny.

Does not have great 7.1 sound , it's seems it just switched from low to high frequency sounds vs. picking up all channel that were being played .
