Let me open with I've tried just about every type of wireless headset around $150 so I've had a lot of comparison for this review. I own the original flight model and these have been even better than the OG version. Pros: Rich sound Very loud Great highs and lows Bass well balanced and punchy Mic is pretty good Precise directional awareness Longest lasting battery (25 -27 hours) Great for gaming, music and movies Plush and comfortable (glasses friendly) True wireless (no sound delay) Cons: Ears get a little warm but you can find replacement ear cups to mod. A different pair would be nice included like the alpha s. No 3.5mm cable or jack. Definitely was a huge plus on the originals. Mic would sound a little better with a wind shield These are just minor details that don't take away from the outstanding sound and performance this delivers. My next trial will be the astro a20 gen 2 but for now these are going to my new favorite competitive headset. Definitely worth the money and should definitely be on radar if you're shopping for a new headset. The mic sucks. Would not buy it for the mic. Unless using an external mic.

I owned a pair of hyper x cloud revolvers since they came out and the quality was phenomenal and comfortable. fast forward 5 years and its time for a new headset and I pick up these. To say I was underwhelmed is an understatement. It sounds like everything is being run threw a filter that isn't sure what it is trying to achieve. The "game mode" just boosts the lows where the "chat mode" boosts the highs. If you set it in the middle of the 2 it's just a muddy mess. The software provided is a joke and basically just lets you use what the buttons on the headset already do. No equalizer or really any feature other than turning on the good awful virtual 7.1. For the microphone quality, I can not speak for I use and mounted hyper X quad cast. To summarise do NOT buy this product.

I was very excited to try a "gaming" headset for all of my PC based conferences. First time it worked perfectly. Would not connect after that. Very comfortable.

Very disappointed in the quality of sound and the integration of the console. It resets the settings every time the PS5 turns off. This is a major pain.

The 7.1 audio on this device is complete garbage. It may do okay with some games, but when it comes to streaming music, you're better off taping a paper cup to the on board speakers on your desktop/monitor, tying a string to it, connecting to two other cups and duct taping them around your head. Seriously... who approved this product? Connecting wirelessly is easy, since all you have to do is plug in the USB stick and you're good to go, but that's about the only thing these headphones have going for them. Perfect 1/7 stars.

The mixer software for these headsets are just straight up not good and the sound quality is meh their older models are way better which is crazy!!!

I brought my son HyperX - Cloud Flight S wireless headset from best buy in Aug 2021 and the USB adapter that goes in the PC has broken in half as it is poorly made with no firm way to pull the adapter out from the back of the PC with out long term damage/weaking the spot the metal usb portion meets the plastic stick portion. How can I get a new one?

Completely unimpressed with the quality of the product. It has driver issues that result in muffled sound quality. You may get it to disappear one day and it will reappear the next. You can save 30 to 60 dollars and get a significantly better headset that is rated for higher sound quality and less issues with drivers.

Yeah it’s a terrible headset for the ps4. I got a pair and was disappointed to learn you can’t vary between the game and chat volume. It’s either all game and chat volume together or none at all. Talked to a rep and said the same thing that on the PS4 is doesn’t have that option but on PC it does. FALSE advertisement at its worst. Just going to return them and get some SteelSeries.

Bought it, came. Audio was very very poor until you adjust it in the sound control panel. So far so decent. I leave it to charge for the night and when I get back on in the morning, the headset doesn’t work at all Led’s don’t blink when plugged in to charge Headset doesn’t turn on at all Probably refunding this

Hello I’m an avid audio guy I have been using the ATH-M50x’s for awhile and I wanted to get my little bro something good for his birthday I must say these headphones where a huge disappointment to him and to me I strongly suggest not getting them also the mic on these “gaming” discord ready headphones suck

Item keeps making loud static noises every so often.

Delivered on Jan 6th already having issues with the headsets. Cant return them either, should have bought them on amazon. Going to bite the bullet and just buy a pair of Beyerdynamics like I wanted to in the first place

The mouth piece does not work. I've tried sinking it to multiple computers and the computers all claim to be connected but it does not receive sound. I paid for it and opening the package so I'll keep it, but this item does not work.

sound quality is awful i had and arctis 7 that broke and i decided to replace it with this needlessly said i got another arctis 7

Very immersive sound for gaming combined with comfort for hours on hours make this a great gaming headset. Especially for the price. You can sometimes find this headset on sale for a little over 100 dollars. Something worth considering before spending the full listed amount.

Absolute trash would not recommend. Headset started cutting out after a couple days of barley using it and when i go to take it off it falls apart. Never buying form HyperX ever again.
