Poor range and buggy software

Software requires a special download that’s VERY hard to find. Crashes in the software prevents normal Windows shutdown. Occasionally shows as being wirelessly connected, microphone would work, but no sound would come through. Microphone quality is just passable. Sound quality is OK but I reach for a different pair of headphones to listen to music. Range is low. Going to one room over with normal Sheetrock walls and you’ll lose connection

Okay quality with really bad software

This headset ain’t it chief. I got some Corsair voids for cheaper and love them.
