Great battery life, but muted audio leaves much to be desired. I’d recommend picking up a pricier headset if you are listening to music or playing games competitively.

I love that it is wireless and can connect to your PC and ps4, I would have loved for it to also connect wirelessly to your Xbox One instead of using it wired. There may be other headsets that are universal and work wirelessly with every device so keep saving up till you find the right one.

I like this headset a lot and it works great and the mic isnr bad and of course it is wireless but i feel like after a hour or 2 of use it feels really heavy on your head and the battery life could be better.

These are really comfortable and ease of use but my Logitech 935s were louder than these unfortunately and I was looking to try something different but I’ll stick with my other headset for now

I bought this for my boyfriend and he loves it! He can go outside and go anywhere in the house while still talking with his friends. Also the noise cancelling part works well since he never seems to hear when I call him for chores. All in all, he loves it.

I bought this as a replacement and have so far been pleased with them. I was worried that they would be too tight but that never became a problem. The only thing I wish they had is the ability to scale the sound between voice and sound. That was a great feature in my old Actis 7s.

I bought a gift card to give to someone as a gift. Best Buy customer service is usually very helpful and friendly. It's not their fault, but ... when it came to giving the card, I wasn't allowed. I had to "keep it for myself" ~ it was a gift card to Netflix. They told me I had to either 'enjoy it myself' OR, sign the person up and then make that choice for them and it was "no big deal". They also have a policy that no return was allowed. A $100 gift card could be a lot of money to some people. It's something to think about. I won't buy a gift card here again. Normally, I really like Best Buy but this one was a big fail.

Got for my kid, good sound, very comfortable but it has 1 iffy issue. The Boom mic plugs in and seems to fall out a lot. I may return and try another headset for him.

I just got this headset today and it works wonders! I recently switched from Xbox to PC and my headset didn’t match up with my pc! This one worked and is so easy to use and charge ! Defiantly recommend!! It may be in the high prices but defiantly worth your money

only thing to look out is the battery life. It says 30 hours in the box but I’m only getting 18ish. As you all know battery life decreases with the time. Everything else is good. And the blouse tooth goes about 15ft.

Hyper X headset is very uncomfortable. I bought this for work but after an hour or two it is extremely uncomfortable to wear.

Love the headset, it’s very comfortable and a great price. Sadly it does not work with my xbox one x fully. They mic is not functional at all. So I will be returning for ones that are.

He loves them. They work way better than the wired Turtle Beach (my old ones) he’s been using for a while now. We have two young sons and now they can’t pull on the cord and he likes the detachable microphone too

It's nice that this wired and wireless but kinda sucks that wireless needs a usb dongle and I don't really like how the headband is curved in a odd way so it doesn't quite feel right.

The level of performance is unmatched for a wireless headset in this price range. Everything comes together very well,,I see HyperX as a strong competitor in the headset market

because we bought the replacement plan from Best Buy, we are able to replace these easily for not very much money. About once a year.

Ok headphones. great audio; however, you cant control the voice chat so it often hard to hear other players. Also most people said my volume was to low when i spoke in game chat.

The item was delivered so quickly and was available for me to give it to my son for Christmas. He loves the headset and Best Buy did a great job having plenty of options and expediting shipping. It was a great experience!
