    I did not like the HyperX Cloud II Pro; it doesn't sound as good as my Logitech headset, so I returned it. However, if you tweak your drivers and mixer enough and correctly, I'm sure it will produce better results. Also, it is a comfy headset to wear it for long periods.

    Unfortunately, this headset busted without heavy wear-n-tear use. The earpiece literally fell apart like a poorly constructed piece of clothing. Otherwise, would have rated it much higher as the comfort and sound quality was excellent. However, the fact that it dismantled makes it no usable unless you want to sport a bunch of duct tape while on a Zoom call or podcast.

    Headset works great. I have a issues with other brands. The cords always go bad within 30 this one has been great so far

    We tried several wireless headsets but none paired with both Xbox and Playstation consoles so we we went back to a wired headset. Several Best Buy employees recommended the HyperX - Cloud II Pro and we are happy with our purchase. The padding around the ear is a little too narrow, thus you feel some pressure on your head but it's not painful and you get use to it. Also, you cannot mute the mic. Rather you have to disconnect (unplug) the mic.
