I needed USB headphones for work. All the ones I found were like operator headphones and not comfortable. These are great by day so I can hear customers, and better in the evening when I can here survivors footsteps in DBD,

Because of the lack of software and noise gating for the mic, I have to give this 3 stars. Sound is great, but I still need additional software to reduce keyboard chatter. I'm sorry I didn't research more, as headsets in this price range from competitors include software to solve this.

This headset is by far my favorite. I can game for long periods because of how comfortable they feel. The sound i of high quality and simply amazing.

I bought the Cloud Pro II to replace my Razer Kraken headset, the latter of which started making a weird crackling noise after just a few months of use. The Cloud Pro II's have excellent sound quality, and my friends have told me that my voice sounds crisp and clear over Discord. The headset is built pretty sturdy, and I appreciate that it has a long cable with in-line sound controls (including toggling on/off the 7.1 surround feature). This is a pretty good $99 headset, and if you can get it for $69, as I did, you can't get a better deal.

I've seen many pro gamers use this headset so I decided to buy this. However, my audio is not all that accurate in VALORANT. This extremely hinders my gameplay but other than that, the sound quality is alright. The 7.1 USB does not make a difference except amplify the bass.

Great headphones with great sound. Only problem was after one year the mic stopped working.

My grandson is happy with them and they fit well. These help to keep the game sounds down for other people in the home but he still gets the sound experience he wants.

Unfortunately, this headset busted without heavy wear-n-tear use. The earpiece literally fell apart like a poorly constructed piece of clothing. Otherwise, would have rated it much higher as the comfort and sound quality was excellent. However, the fact that it dismantled makes it no usable unless you want to sport a bunch of duct tape while on a Zoom call or podcast.

Headphones have great quality and sound. I have been buying this brand for awhile.

Great Quality, bought this for my son. He spends a few hours each day playing video games, he's very pleased with them. Very comfortable.

Great product for computer ... was advised to get it for Xbox and it’s a no go.

Got these for my "gamer" son. He said he liked them and they were comfortable. Only thing he didnt like was the cord was so long.
