I had a weird thing happen with the headphones where the right side stopped working and the mic turned robotic. It hasnt done it since. The mic isnt that good. The sound is ok too. The mic has a bit of latency. I probably just got a bunked headset. This is my second hyper cloud headset so it was a little dissapointing since i loved my first set so much.

Comes with two pairs of ear pads, but the cloth ones are a little itchy and feel warmer then the other set. The cord is nice and long with the inline controls being handy.

Bought it back in 2022 and it's still going strong like brand new. It fell in the snow in negative degree weather for a few minutes and it still works like new. Made of great sturdy material yet still comfortable after long periods of use. Used for gaming, video editing, work meetings, music - everything.

You have to go into your device or console (in my case PS5) to adjust the volume. Why????? And why not let you know this on the box description? Sound was great, clarity was great, but I want to control the volume.

I was dusappounted because one if the reasons we bought them was to be able to control the sound level. We told the clerk we had an xbox but the volume control only works when usung it with a computer.

The audio and mic are fantastic. The 53mm drivers really make a difference. The headset gets very loud and has great bass. The headset comes with pleather ear cups and an extra set of foam ear cups. I switched to the foam gor both comfort and cooling.
