I use this headset as an extra on my family pc and it works just fine you practically just plug in the usb extension and plug it in and it's ready.

Great value for price, but there are better quality headphone in this price range. Better bought on sale

I've had these for about 9 months and I would recommend this headset to anyone looking for one that will last. I upgraded from the Kraken X which broke after around the same amount of time due to the poor build quality. I would use the mesh cushion that comes included in the box if the leather one is too uncomfortable. The only downside is that the mute mutton is located on the volume and mic control instead of the headset but other than that it's great.

They look great a first and sound good but the box was misleading on what the headphones were compatible with,such as the usb audio enhancer and volume controls.Aside from that the quality was great ;]

I bought this product about 2 years before for a gift. The quality of product is excellent and owner is still using this product without any problem. Great product!

This is my third HyperX Cloud II Pros which I just got on August 2020. They've always lasted ~2 years, not 6-7 months. The sound and mic audio is excellent for the price but the issue with these headsets is that the mics always die, especially if you adjust your microphone often. Mic replacements don't work and I end up having to buy a whole new headset. My audio still works fine but now the mic won't pick up anything. I was even extra careful handling these knowing the mics are delicate. I'm so disappointed as I think these are the best headsets for its price point compared to competitors and I must have gotten a defective one.

I've been using these headphones for a few months and they've worked great for me. It works well with the 7.1 feature using the usb cord so you get a good sense of 360 sound. You can tell if your enemies are on the left or right back or front. I liked it so much i got my girl one as well for her PC

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my 14 year old son. According to him the "headset is awesome, and the sound quality is so clear I feel like they are in the same room as me."

Just as others have said, the connection on the adapter goes bad very quickly. Like in one day with little warning after using it for 3 months. So get the protection on it, it's worth it. MAKE SURE YOU BUY THE XBOX ADAPTER TO CONNECT TO YOUR CONTROLLER OR YOU CANT USE THIS ITEM.

Over the past 2 years, my son has been thru probably 6 different pairs of headphones. So far the Hyper X Cloud 2s are holding there own but time will tell. As far as Best Buy goes, There employees are Top Notch as always.

Good headset but the mic setting they should have on the mic itself not the console

Best piece of gaming equipment ive received regarding headphones.

Almost perfect coz the 1st headset that they game me is not working properly and i have to go back for an exchange. But overall performance is great. Can’t complain except the first headset. (Left earpiece not working and i think it’s a open box unit)

My son seems to like this, as he is constantly on it. So far it has been great for his community gaming needs. He said the sound quality is great.

This purchase Exceeded my expectations. Even tho the headphones came out about 5 years ago they’re still pretty amazing product. Highly recommend this
