Not what they use to be

The bass was too low, and the treble was extremely high and dangerously deafening (maybe I had a defective set?). The entire audio profile seemed incorrect. Not sure what happened to these when HP purchased HyperX but definitely not the same headphone I use to have. Shout out to Best Buy customer service for working with me on the return so I could find a pair of Steelseries Arctis Pro's that were exactly what I needed.

Good Quality, Horrible Software

The quality construction of the headset and its appeal is well above par and I love it! The audio quality when listening to music isn’t the best, but is better than my older soundblaster headset. I get constant complaints all the time that my mic is cutting out in game or that the audio is lagging. Once I unplugged the dongle from the USB port and reinserted it, the mic worked fine. I constantly had this problem over and over. The manufacture did a free warranty replacement for me however, the problems continued shortly after receiving and using the new dongle. Honestly wish I would’ve invested a few more dollars and got a better headset from a more established manufacturer. This problem started happening about 80 days or less after purchase, so I couldn’t return it to BestBuy.
