    High sound output but lacks the volume control that i was looking for. Directional hearing is fair but not great, problems with the mic as well. This was refereed by a geek squad member which made me feel better but all in all these weren't that great. Tired of this money less pit in the search for the right headphones.

    Great headset with a clear mic. love the surround sound effect as well as the option to have it link to the PC using USB-C and the aux input.

    This is a great quality set of headphones, with lots of features I wanted. HOWEVER... the microphone stopped working after less than a year, and after heavily researching the issue, I'm confident it's a hardware issue, as the microphone doesn't work on other PCs either. These headphones are NOT built to last. I would not recommend these. I'll be switching to Corsair, Logitech, or something else. Not buying HyperX products anymore. Very disappointed.

    These are absolutely amazing. I needed wired headphones for work and these were exactly what I needed. they work amazingly and keep outside noise out well.
