Broke within two months

The headphones were mainly for XBox gaming. They worked fine for several weeks, but then the wired connector broke. It left the connector in the XBox controller, and now we cannot get it out. So, both the headphones and the XBox controller are both useless. The warranty period appeared generous, so I was hoping to get a replacement set of headphones. HyperX claimed the part that broke was not covered by the warranty! Very disappointed. Will not buy a product from this company again.

Good sound, bad product

Now 38 days after purchase, they’re total dog poop. The 3.5mm jack has broken and now the audio cuts in and out as well as makes garbled sounds on the other end of the mic. Seeing as I’m on day 38 after purchase, even with elite membership, I’m past my return window by 8 days so I’ll have to see how the warranty process fairs.

It’s just my personal preference, but I like a little feedback of my voice when talking through the microphone. These did not do that.
