My grandson has enjoyed using these headphones when he was with us.

Bought for my grandson. He is very pleased with it. Works just like it should.

Mic constantly cuts out and the headphones are constantly making a popping noise. Customer service has not replied to a single inquiry.

The microphone will cut off during gameplay. This headset probably better for PC again. On the plus side, it has a USB or 3.5 connectors.

These were a huge disappointment and I would not recommend to anyone! The sound quality was ok at best and the way that the device is made there is no way to just replace the actual audio cable running to the headset! Instead once the wire goes bad and has a short in it then these are useless, which by the way happened like the 2nd week I owned these things so I took this junk back and won’t be getting again!

Gave me a massive headache. Idk what people are talking about with these headphones and their comfort. They felt horrible. Sound is thin, trebly, and completely lacks any and all low end

low sound quality sound and mic quality is barely there the mic is bad because im very quite and have to figdet with the mic and point it towards my mouth every 10 seconds just for my teamates to tell me they can barely hear me.

I recently decided that I needed to change headsets. My Razer Manowar headphones simply were not comfortable. I had looked at a ton of options and tried out everything from Turtlebeach to Astro headsets. Best Buy started carrying these HyperX headsets and I was curious about them. I had not really heard about them before. I read quite a few reviews online and people were raving about them...literally rating them higher than Astro A50s and TurtleBeach Elite pro headsets! These are less than half of the price of some of these big names headphones so I was quite a bit skeptical. I really wanted a headset that would be comfortable for hours at a time as I do play a little bit of WoW. Looking at the headband piece on these, I decided to try them out (this is the part of the headset that rests on top of your head) as the Manowar headband piece was very uncomfortable. I have been using these Cloud II headphones for a few weeks now and I think that they may be the best headphones that I have ever used! They are the most comfortable headphones that I have ever worn...seriously! The ear muffs are extremely comfortable and the passive noise cancellation is some of the best available! The sound quality is top notch, making Metallica sound as good as I have heard on some of the best speaker systems! And what a bargain! Less than half of the price of the competition! Needless to say, I highly recommend these headphones and am very, very happy that I decided to give them a shot!

Microphone stopped working after about 6 months. Already needed to replace.

The mic broke fairly quickly. Wasn’t too expensive to replace.

The first time for them the mic keep cutting out and the replacement the mic was getting stuck and chatting out

When adjusted to bigger head, metal on sides is uncomfortable. Ear pads are too bulky. Not worth the price.

Item gifted Christmas of 2022, broken as of April 2023(careful adult use). Product quality has gone down hill over the years for this company. I'd like to think a headset should last more than 4 months.
