My son didn’t like the external or separate volume control.

I took it back because after consideration, it was too expensive.

Didn’t work as well as some of the other headsets.

Broke within a couple months, sound went out really fast

straight out of the box, these headphones were clearly damaged. The box was bent and out of shape, and when i put these headphones on, one of the cushions were missing. Also, the audio quality was horrid, and the 7.1 surround sound was no different. Overall, this product was not worth the price, and buying cheap $15 headphones would work a lot better.

Would have loved to give this product a great review but my cloud II's had no sound output coming out the left side. Switched it out for the Alpha and am happy with my decision.

I tested various headsets and none of them were just right. You know when you’ve found what you want. Bass is not as rumbley as I would like but it’s not necessarily lacking either. Clear quality sound, detachable mic and VERY comfortable with what I find a great design and look. Doesn’t look or feel cheap. My only downside to this headset is that it does NOT have inline volume, mute etc etc. I’m order to customize chat volume or mic monitoring you will have to go to your settings to do so. Just press the home button and swipe right until you get down to audio. BUT! Fortunately if you would like the convenience of having it at your thumbs you can luckily use the Turtle beach ear force audio controller plus (adapter). Therefore you get the volume control, mute, mic monitoring, super human hearing and equalizer presets. It juices the headphones up. If the headset has all these available on the headset itself I would have gave it a 5 star. But none the less, best bang for your buck. Astro’s aren’t worth the money for the sound they produce. Just my opinion. Hope to see a wireless hyperx cloud 2 with the features of a stealth 700

Not worth the money. Had to return and buy from game stop.

These headsets are beautiful and comfortable and well made. But.....if you are buying these for use with a PS4 than don't. They say that they're compatible but it is misleading! The mic is not compatible! Not cool to false advertise. What a waste of my time and money. I will be returning these!

I ultimately returned this headset because it just didn't sound nearly as good as what I was replacing.

My friends tell me the the output of my mic is terrible, like android audio.

After using this product for about a month it began crackling to the point where no other sounds could be heard. To fix this I have to unplug it and leave it unplugged for about 30 minutes. This happened frequently to the point where I could no longer use the headset. Definitely do not buy, its a faulty product and no fix is available online.

Not full compatible with the PS4. Sone button will not work.

This product was not very durable and has stopped working. I would not buy it again.

I am now on my 3rd pair, the sound and mic is ok but the wires just arent good, they keep twisting for no reason and it gets loose where the wire goes into the headset and causes a terrible static noise, this happened on all pairs I've owned.

Microphone died after approximately 60 days of moderate use, 2-3 days a week. Problems started with excessive noise to recipients from this microphone. Tried to replace the microphone with an after market replacement to no avail.

Very disappointed when I purchased this item for my Xbox I bought this item for the 7.1 sound which I could not use only on ps4 and pc are you able to use the 7.1 and if you do not have a newer Xbox controller you have to buy a 25 dollar adapter

the plastic in which the metal slides through on each side have started to crack and fall to pieces after several months.
