Excellent sound, comfort, design for the money. They don't come with software, but work fine with windows. HyperX warranty service is excellent also.

Design reminds me of my old Turtle Beach Ear Force X3 headset from many years ago, which I loved. The headset is very comfy, good fit, and the mic feels durable. Sound is quite good for a gaming headset, and the mic sounds great as well. I love the inline control, and the 7.1 sounds pretty good for what it is, definitely helps in games. Packing was good, and setup/use was instant. Great buy overall and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good headset, especially for this price.

I'm a starting gamer who has seen the pros and cons of many different headsets on budget. For example some razor kranken and razor blackshark. They were flimsy and easily breakable, but the HyperX Cloud II is comfortable to use, not easy to break. I love using them with the pros on the noise-cancelling which can be bad when people are calling for your name downstairs it works great to mute all the background noses out. The mic is excellent and moveable to what you desire. Definitely if you are looking for a good budget mic and headset I highly recommend it!

This headset is made out of some of the best quality materials of any headset I have owned. Comfort, quality audio and clear sounding mic. Solid structure with a tough braided wire. I play MMO, RPG, FPS, on the PS4. I use it for music on pc. I have a large head fits comfortably during long game sessions. Now I'm waiting to pick up my new carrying case for it. Try it, you can always exchange it for a different one, but I doubt you will. Preferred over TRITTON, Afterglow, Turtlebeach. Only downside is on consoles it's only stereo.

My boyfriend bought me these to replace my old headset which broke (different brand). He and his friend both have HyperX as well and they both really like them. His have lasted for 2 years so far. The sound quality is good and they fit well. I needed to stretch them out but that's true for all new headsets, they come tight. The removeable mic is a nice touch.

These are phenomenal headphones for the price. Mic is great and construction is outstanding. But! If you have a big head or big ears the leather ear cups that come on the headset are not very stiff and as a result my ears were uncomfortably pressed against the speakers. Once again, but! They come with a set of memory fine ear cups, which not only make this the most comfortable headset I have ever worn, but also allow air movement and keeps you cool! A definite purchase for anyone looking for better sound!

If you need a cheap gaming headset that has excellent audio and mic, look no further. Extremely comfortable, and the built looks durable. Of course, there are others that are more comfortable, have better mic/audio, and apps that adjust specific settings. But in my opinion, this product is so good already that all other improvements seem redundant.

I didnt dislike anyhrinf about this headset the headsethas amzing sound quality and it is very soft on my head not giving me headaches mr friends say it sounds amazing based iff of my voice and i would definitely recommend this headset

i got these for 69.99 on sale. very comfortable and not too heavy. the extra ear cushion are very nice and soft. i would recommend these if you don't have a problem with the wire. the control is on the usb you connect to your Pc or console...... you can adjust volume and mic. also surround sound. steal for the price i got it.

I tried these headphones after originally trying the Hyper X Stingers and they did not fit my ears, but these fit them so nicely, a very comfortable fit. Sound quality is as it should be, very high! Haven't tried surround sound. The microphone does not match the quality of the headphones, but they sound as good as a headset should. I had to download an external program to turn up my microphone because windows does not allow it. Overall, a good purchase and I'd reccommend these are the ones if you already have a microphone and you just need headphones.

I have used many gaming headsets before and the biggest problem that I have had with all of them is that they were not comfortable to wear for more than an hour at a time. This is definitely not the case with this set. This is the most comfortable headset that I have ever used. Not only are they comfortable, but they have great sound, were easy to set up and have a noise cancelling mic. I highly recommend these to anyone.

I have to say that these are really good for the money you spend on them. I have had pretty much all the high end gaming headsets out there and bar none these are better than the A40 tr's, the old A40's, A50's, logitech, corsair, TB,plantronics, steelseries. Now I say this because I have the A40 tr headset and tr mixamp. I always did not like the A40 tr, mic is god awful and they have never fixed the tinnyness and echo that those things have. The clouds 2 come with a 7.1 usb hub and its ok, I have tried it with bf4 and bf1 and other games. I do not like the way the audio is produced with the 7.1 usb hub, very tinny, and echoey. Now you pair these up with the Astro tr mixamp, FORGET ABOUT IT!!!!! That is where you notice that these are AWESOME!!!! The sound is crisp, clear, no tinnyness or echoey. The mic is great no issues at all, the mic is 100 times better than any A40 headset. I have also tried the new Hyperx alphas and they are awesome too, but the mic has an issue with the TR mixamp, I think it has to do with the inline volume controller on the Alphas, does not play nice with the tr mix amp. With that said I would recommend that you guys pick these up, they sound great with the provided 7.1 usb hub. But if you want to make these shine get a Astro mixamp and you will not regret it.

I liked the previous hyper x headset I had for two years, so I upgraded to get the cloud II. Its a headset that gives me everything I would want to not only play the games in nice detail sound, but also communicate well with my friends. Plus for how great this product is, the price is pretty reasonable. Highly recommend it!

I purchased my actual item from Amazon, but they're the same product. The sound is a solid 5 stars, mic quality is a little rough if you're looking for clarity for the purpose of streaming, but still pretty good. Comfort is definitely perfect. Be aware these headphones cancel noise really well, so you might end up yelling and not realize it xD

Mic is garbage. Too quiet for people to hear me. Turning up mic sensitivity doesn't help

Does NOT work for Xbox at all what so ever! So if thats what system you have, do not buy!!!!

I absolutly love this head set, the audio is great and very comfy to wear. The only compaint i have is the cord gets tangled very badly ,and it can somtimes cause audio issues.

For the price point, they work very well. I got these for recording training videos and while not as good as a podcast microphone, they're also not as expensive either. But the deep sounds are nice and deep, albeit a tad muddy. The microphone and headset volume dial on the cord is great when trying to modulate the perfect recording volume. Overall, for $70, they work exceptionally well at that pricepoint.
