my old pair that were company issued and six years wearing them plastic became brittle and started to come apart and have always caused a headache by end of shift. Could have exchanged for another pair but, decided to put my own money out. Every call I take is crystal clear and no more headaches. Well worth the money. Just under a hundred dollars.

HyperX makes some really good headsets for gaming. Removable microphone is a plus if you just want to listen to some music or watch youtube. The warranty is great. Best Buy stands behind their products.

7.1 never sounded better. Honestly I used to be a big turtle beach/astro head - but this by far has taken the cake and I must say, I will not be going back to any other product.

This is a decent headset for the price. Better than the Microsoft headsets but not near the quality as the Astro headsets. For the price it is a great value.

Decent headset, just bad quality mic. I usually go wireless, but instantly regretted wired. If using with mic the headset cord is so long it's constantly getting tangled. Also, if you plan on using it for long periods, it does hurt after a while

These headphones are not only comfortable they also are a huge improvement in sound and mic quality

As a gamer who also has to work from home at times, I needed a surround sound headset with a microphone that was adequate for dictation. This works great. I tried some of the Logitech headphones which , although nice, did not have as good of a microphone. It's important to note that this does not truly have a USB microphone. The USB is a converter from a standard jack.

Excellent sound, was expecting better for the price tho medium to low quality microphone. I'm sure this can be replaced by another or removing and using a hyperx desktop condenser (which I'm 5 staring and using atm) - tho if you're looking to record audio for podcast youtube or be heard in excellent quality you might want to choose something else

Sound in the headset is clear and blocks out surrounding noise. They are also comfortable to wear.
