Sound quality is good. The ability to control the volume is helpful. There is no need to strain to here others and they have noted that my speech is clear when I talk.

Coming from Astro A40 TR's, this is an amazing headset. Very comfortable, and it doesn't break the bank as far as price. The Astro's broke after three short months, and ill never buy another pair of astro's (over priced, and crappy). You can't go wrong with this headset, I promise. They give you a lot of extras, that most headsets don't have.

Has very clear sound, easy to use comes in a very regal case and nice dust cover bag. Enjoyed the fact of no flaws cosmetically, very sturdy ,strong and well built with still an ease of mechanical components. Only small drawback( which might be aftermarket adapter) is sound does not go high, still is very crystal clear and can hear every small drip, drop,or step from close to afar . Great head rig .

Pretty good headset. I use it on the Ps5, sound and mic quality is good, it works well with 3d audio. I took a star for no usb-c which the industry seems to be trending to. If you use these for console gaming they may be obsolete soon.

I read some product reviews before I decided to purchase a set. I really waited to make up my mind until I got to the store and could look at the construction. The last pair I bought did not last more than a year before they broke. I liked the build and quality of this headset. I liked the fact that the microphone could be taken off if not being used. I do not play games on line. I mostly listen to courses, Cd's, and online videos. These are great for that. There is also a convenient in line switch to change the volume.

Extremely impressed with all aspects of this headset including the packaging which can be used for storage in the future. So many times the packaging may be impressive like apple but has no real purpose for anything useful, where the box these cam in is like a high end shoe box which will last forever. The sound and quality of the headset is also great and will be reported on in every other review.

These have been great matched up with the PS4 Pro. Comfortable and great sound.

Got these as a surprise for my boyfriend. He loves them! I even steal them from time to time. Even when theres no sound playing, if you have them on, its still hard to hear the outside world.

I bought the HyperX to replace an older pair. I had issues with the clarity of other headsets I tried. Not these,,, voice qualities are very clear when used for live Air Traffic Control in fight simulator. Great sound too,the USB frees up the sound card in the computer saving computer resources. This is the one if you need a decent microphone and headset.

I have had several different headphones and at the price point, I am very happy with these. They are comfortable, the cable is long and sturdy for when it gets snagged on things. The in-built mixer is great. It works as I had hoped after buying some not so good corsair ones.
