Great Headset for audio, external sound card. Sometimes have some difficulties when I plug my ps4 controller into my computer but no overall issues. Can remove the headset from the soundcard and plug into controller. The reason for 2 star review is due to the ear cushion. Once it falls out you are unable to put it back in. Mine fell out around the 1 year mark. I have tried fixing it (even screwing/unscrewing the mounts) and it has never successfully stayed attached more than a few hours. I always have to place the cushion manually between my headset and ears. I have contacted their customer support and reviewed videos and I am still unable to resolve my issue. They stated it was fixable but that is not the case. It is too finicky and difficult to do. There support on this does not match the reality of the situation. Customer support was unable to resolve my issue. This is a significant limitation with the headset. Using it without the cushion my ears hurt around the 1 hr mark.

Great sound quality and extremely comfortable to wear

Picked these up on Black Friday for a great deal I think I would wait for a sale on this. No issues with the headset mic sounds clear when I'm chatting, gameplay is also good and clear nice detail with like background noise on games. This is a great headset for 100 bucks but if you find a deal on it don't hesitate.

I love the HD audio boost. The fact that you can control your mic volume AND the headset volume is awesome so I don’t worry about deafening my teammates if they have their audio turned up. Great for shooting and racing games so far, I’ll have to try them out on different types but the ones I have are really nice.

I didn't know what headset was good so I tried different cheap ones, but this one is totally different. Removable earcups from fake leather to cloth. I preferably like cloth so it worked out. Mic is good but picks up a lot of frequency which can be adjusted with the little USB connector. The surround sound works well for games like csgo or pubg. Good quality and style for price.

Excellent sound and lots of availability to adjust tone. Nice padding and light weight. Adjustable band makes them a good fit

Headset performs as advertised. Installation was straight forward and simple. I purchased the set for WOW gameplay - there were a few adjustment that had to be made from within the game settings for optimal performance. I've used the HyperX headset for several weeks now and have been well pleased. Side-note: the over-the-ear cups are very comfortable - even after a couple of hours.
