    It broke. It wouldn’t connect to the dongle. And the software is hot garbage.

    Very good quality, exactly like the wired version of these headphones. I love the volume control power and mute on the headset itself, and my only complaint is it requires a wireless dongle to be used. Outside of that the microphone works perfectly, and the quality of the headphones is very very good. I use it for gaming and video editing

    I bought this item as a gift for my son - This is just what he wanted. It has gotten great reviews Online through multiple sources, but I came to Best Buy since trust this provider and know they always will stand behind their products. So far this has gotten rave reviews from my son. I'm happy with the quality as it is challenging at times to get a good gaming headset.

    Best headset ever. It’s literally cloud 2 but wireless and if you wanted to you can still plug it in and charge while using it. The range is also amazing - I can go upstairs and downstairs in the house without losing any of the audio. If I were to break this product accidentally or if any damages happened to it, I would definitely buy it again because it’s worth it.
