Great gaming headset, super comfortable with amazing sound

No complaints about the general use of the product, good enough function. Build quality is what gives me the concern had them for less than a year and the plastic part the connects the aluminum frame to the head band broke on my head. I do have a fat head, and/or perhaps I just had a dud pair but still feels like it should hold up better I am pretty careful with my headphones and they were not thrown around or dropped. Luckily they do have a two year warranty, but I am yet to see how HyperX honors them. If you do have a fat head like myself and you are already committing to spending over 100 bucks on a headset I might consider going for a different option with less plastic that will hold up longer. Wish me luck

It works well but the surround sound doesn’t work with the heaphones

This is my second pair of these headphones. I wore out the first pair. The cord quit working, but this was after many years. I do hear a buzzing sound, but I think this is because of the wireless. The pair I had before was not the wireless version. These are very comfortable, and I definitely would recommend these to my friends.

To be honest this is an amazing wireless headset. I did some research before buying one for my gaming setup and thank god i made up my mind on this one. The hyperx cloud II is just a complete headset with crisp clear sound and 7.1 surround system. I use it mainly for csgo competitive and warzone and it does the job brilliantly. Glad to have this!

I had a pair of the HyperX Clouds for a couple of years now. When I decided I wanted to try wireless I knew HyperX would be the way to go. Their headsets are amazing. This headset is great. I use them daily and forget that I even have them on my head most nights. I can't say anything about the mic as I have a standalone mic.

Quality feel and comfort but rhe headset quality for sound is trash. Wired is significantly better but we know what happens to cords and the port.

Bought this headset less than 2 years ago. It ran relatively good until suddenly no sound was coming out of the headset but I could still hear the noise when I would mute the mic. I trouble shoooted for hours before raging and buying a new one. Not worth the money if it breaks this quickly. My $35 turtle beach lasted 4 years.

Mic could be better, sounds static when speaking and idling

The noise cancelling in this headset is well worth the money.
