Very good quality headset, best one I ever had , previously had another hyper X headset. Charger cable head was tight fit... almost feel like it might cause damage, but i have another cable that fits well.

light and comfortable. Happy with the purchase. 2nd headphones from hyperX. First ones lasted about a year, hopefully these are a lil more durable.

Sound quality is fantastic and the microphone is great and picks up very little background noise. My only complaint would be the ear cuos are a little on the small side.

I only had this headset since February 2021 and so far I'm very pleased that Ipurchased it. Sound quality is amazing and the main reason I brought it was the durability. Excellent headset.

When I first got it it was a little crackly with thre audio, but after unplugging the dongle and replugging it in it worked great, highly recommended if you find under MSRP

Great headset. I am a remote worker living in a small condo. The noise-canceling mic is fantastic. Headset is very comfortable, so I can wear it 70% of my workday with fatigue.

Comfortable to use even after extended use. Issue with wireless cutting off but may have been due to wireless extender overheating on PC.

Great headphones love the battery life! Wish it had a longer charging cable, surround sound and you can create different preset options! Love it worth the price

This is the second pair of these I've had. The first I had serviced after about a year the audio kept cutting out on me when watching videos on netflix, youtube, etc. I got a second pair and the same thing keeps happening. I got a pretty beefy gaming system; along with a gigabit internet connection with only myself on it on a wired connection. Not sure why it happens. Sometimes unplugging and plugging the dongle back in helps; sometimes it doesn't. Will be going back to a wired connection instead.

Love the headset Mic stopped working a few weeks after purchase. Signed up for Best Buy account dealio and was able to exchange it.

I bought this coming from HyperX Cloud Alphas as I felt like wireless would be convenient. However, if you don’t really NEED wireless, I recommend getting cloud alphas. The wireless version was a bit small and felt cheaper despite the fact that it is $50 more expensive than the wired cloud alphas. Also I should mention the charging cable is like a foot long and there is white noise which I found was normal apparently.

I’ve been using corded headsets for years and I’m glad I switched and don’t have to worry about that anymore! Battery life lasts me about 3 days. Definitely recommend

a must have for hyperx fans. it's as good as the wired version and has a long battery life main thing that i hate is the volume wheel breaks easily

im a very audiophilic and particular about my headsets so ill set this at a 3 works fine for regular gaming just frequency pickup doesnt match my needs.

I bought a much more expensive pair about a year ago. People can hear background noise when my son uses them. Picked up these & no more noise, good sound.

Clamping force was a little bit tight at first but slowly got looser as i started to wear them more. Very comfortable. Ears can get warm after long gaming periods.

Got it for our kids for hods birthday. He loves playing computer games and he loves this headphones. Sound quality is good.
