The problem is they turn off by themselves after about 15-20 minutes. You can't adjust this at all. Why would anyone develope hardware to be like this?

Posted .Hi, Richard. Thank you for your feedback. The feature is to prolong the battery's life when the headset is no longer active. If there is no audio detected in 20 minutes, it will power off automatically. There is no current feature to disable this but we'll be happy to provide your suggestion to our team.

Disappointed that the software has no equalization settings. I found a nice free equalizer (Equalizer APO) and after spending 30 minutes configuring it the sound is now somewhat adequate.

No issues other than slightly muddy audio and microphone but that is to be expected on a wireless device. I also use wired headphones and a separate microphone at times so I am using those as a comparison.
