Don't recommend long term

I typically play tactical shooters, which require good headphones in order to hear everything. Although the sound quality is respectable, these weren't too loud. then after a while, they began to fade out at random, which was incredibly aggravating. At times, they even went entirely silent until I swapped inputs back and forth. Ideal 2/10

I love the volume control power and mute on the headset itself, and my only complaint is it requires a wireless dongle to be used. Outside of that the microphone works perfectly, and the quality of the headphones is very very good. I use it for gaming and video editing

A good quality gift

It has gotten great reviews Online through multiple sources, but I came to Best Buy since trust this provider and know they always will stand behind their products. So far this has gotten rave reviews from my son. I'm happy with the quality as it is challenging at times to get a good gaming headset.

Disappointing and dissatisfied

It ran relatively good until suddenly no sound was coming out of the headset but I could still hear the noise when I would mute the mic. I trouble shoooted for hours before raging and buying a new one. Not worth the money if it breaks this quickly. My $35 turtle beach lasted 4 years.

Greatest wireless headset

It’s literally cloud 2 but wireless and if you wanted to you can still plug it in and charge while using it. The range is also amazing - I can go upstairs and downstairs in the house without losing any of the audio. If I were to break this product accidentally or if any damages happened to it, I would definitely buy it again because it’s worth it.
