If you're looking for some good gaming headphones with solid sound quality and a comfortable fit, this is a good pick. I've had these headphones for 9 months now and up until now after a user error accident, they worked great. There is one flaw to this headset, and that is the USB dongle. It is pretty fragile and bends easily enough to where any slight amount of force will permanently bend or break your dongle. Be wary if your PC sits in a tight space, near your legs where you might bump into it, or if you have animals that could brush up against it; any of these things could damage your dongle. Add the fact that the dongle is long , narrow, and is several inches long, it is an accident waiting to happen. Once your dongle is broken, your headset is trash. The headset cannot be paired to another dongle, and HyperX does not sell replacement dongles. The only thing left to do at that point is to contact HyperX support, but they will only help you if you still have the purchase receipt. Overall, this is a great headset that just comes short of being perfect due to some poor design choices on the USB dongle. If you take really good care of your headset, it'll be a great purchase. Otherwise, you may want to consider some other options.

The battery lasts for like 12 hours on max volume and its really sturdy and good

This is a long term review for the headphones. They start off great you know they do what they advertise, great microphone and buttons on the back. The only things that ruins these headphones is the fact the volume nob on the right side just stops working, I try pushing it up nothing, I try down nothing. It’s honestly infuriating because I don’t know why.

I’ve been using HyperX for the past 5 years and I got to say, they are the best headsets I’ve owned. This is my first wireless HyperX. And it does not disappoint. Great battery life, quality and the fit is of course very comfortable and has a lot of flex, as well with the other HyperX I’ve owned. Works for my PC, Xbox, and PS5.

I bought this as a replacement/upgrade from a ten year old wired Logitech headset whose cord had been tripped over so many times it had become painful to my Discord communities with frequent bursts of static, This HyperX - Cloud II Wireless 7.1 Surround Sound Gaming Headset has to be the most comfortable headset I've ever worn. I can go for hours without any discomfort. The battery easily lasts the claimed 30 hours as I charge it like every third day. Even should the battery run out the headset works just fine while it is charging, Wireless is a game changer. I can head to the kitchen or anywhere in the house and not miss the conversation. The price was a bit more than I intended to spend, but after a few weeks of use I am convinced it was well worth the price though I did purchase it on a sale for $129.99, The normal MSRP is a bit more. I recommend it still though getting it on sale is a plus. My only complaint is that the black on black of the wired version of this product is unavailable in wireless. The wireless version only comes in red/black, which while it looks fine would not be my preference were the original colors available.
