These headphones are amazing! I love the wireless compatibility, especially because it's not bluetooth. The battery lasts through several sessions of gaming. Make sure you use the windscreen that comes with the mic - it is really sensitive and will pick up unwanted external noise without it!

These are great! I have purchased all the other gaming brands headsets. They don't have RGB lights, but that means they don't come with all the bloatware. Insert the dongle and turn on your headsets. The sound is great; I cannot hear anyone or anything near me. Simple, easy and work immediately!

Very comfortable, great sounding, and unreal battery life. Exchanged the Razer Blackshark V2 Pro for these and I am so much happier. I could not get use to the horrible muddy sound of the Blacksharks. The Cloud II’s have the classic clear and balanced sound that Cloud headsets are known for

Love the headset its one of favorites, but if i waer it longer then 3 hours it gives you head ache its like pinching your head. I love the sound i mean literally everything but the head ache

I had a HyperX cloud II headset for several years and I really loved it. They still work, but I wanted to try something wireless, so I did not have to worry about running over the wire with my chair (which has destroyed the wire for several headsets). This headset stays connected without any connectivity issues and the audio quality is great (not the best out there for music but great for listening to music and gaming). The microphone has really great audio quality and gamers online say it sounds good. Great battery life and I always trust HyperX headsets. I always tell people to go with HyperX headsets.

This is the best wireless headset when it comes to gaming! PUBG, Escape from Tarkov, COD, etc! This gives a nice surround sound of the area in the game your playing! Also, the music is played good as well. As soon as you put these on, you are immersed into the game!

Very comfortable and good sound quality. Easy to use. The mic is nice as it does not pick up too much background noise. Battery life is not as good as the alpha but still does get 30 hours easy on a full charge. Great for non gaming on calls or zoom.

This headset is seriously amazing quality. They are the most comfortable by far, and I've tried just about all of the most popular brands. The wireless aspect is super convenient as well. It lasts me the entire evening at full charge. I just wish they had more colors!

This is my first gaming headset so i dont have much to relate it to but i will say the sound is great, the material is soft and lightly sits over the ears. I dont notice any difference when switching back and forth to and from 7.1 surround sound because theres no indication that 7.1 is activated when you hold down the button. I do play on playstation 4, i hear thats why theres no difference in sound but cant confirm. If thats the case than the 7.1 surround sound shouldnt be advertised alongside the ps4 because then its inferred they work alongside eachother. The battery seems to last a long time and doesnt need long to charge. I wish the microphone could be moved up away from the mouth. It seems like its meant to bend in different directions but i dont want to risk wearing the material out. The mic is easily removable so me not wanting to bend it is a minor inconveniance. Overall happy with the product and hope it lasts.

Purchased this headset as a replacement for a previous HyperX set I have. I use it for work as well and there is exceptional sound and the microphone produces good sound as well. I like the idea of removing the mic when not needed. Definitely worth the price to me.

Pros: VERY comfy Great sound quality Long Lasting battery. Useable surround sound. Cons: No bluetooth Okay sounding mic. Overall these cans kick it! If these arent loud enough use the Windows Equalizer APO.

My husband raves about this headset even today. It's his all-time favorite and he uses it all the time. He's in love with the sound quality and the microphone sounds so smooth. I highly recommend them to everyone!

After turning on these headphones for the first time, I fell in love! I’ve never used wireless headphones but these! These right here are the real deal! Super comfortable for people with glasses. The sound is unimaginable! I’ve used $40 headphones my whole life but getting some better headphones like this one is really a game changer. The ONLY problem that I could see other people complain about would be that it can get a little hot around the ears since the sound is sealed off when wearing them for over a few hours if your room isn’t cold.

The headset is good but friends I chat with on discord tell me the mic quality has decreased compared to when I used the Hyperx cloud 2 wired headset. But build quality is pretty close to them.

One of the best gaming headphones around. If you play Call of Duty: Warzone, I would prefer these over any wireless model. It makes the sound more fluent then choppy.

I love this set of headphones, my only probables is the bass is a little weak. But for gaming their top tier. No issues with the Bluetooth connection and the batter last a very long time( probably only charge once every week or so

This was a Christmas present for my 11 year ild and he loves it! Good quality and why isnt anyone talking about what an awesome store Best Buy is??? Their store has people who WANT to help you find what you need and are very knowledgeable aaand youre out of there super quick and very happy
