The cord i also quite short, but the mechanics of the mic are solid. I didn't find any other features to be exceptional, and certainly not enough to keep these. Returned.

These are great for FPS gamers with the neutral sound profile allowing everything to be distinct. If you want Bassy and more music tuned go for cloud II. But these are great for the price as a gamer

You can hear it in the earphones. The construction of the cord needs to be solid so as not to create that sound that travels through the cord to your ear. Also, cord could be longer.
