Don't get me wrong , good control for the price point ... What I didn't like Speakers Didn't have enough bass

It’s an excellent product, it does a perfect job for everyone that works on computers and for those who likes to play.

Really quiet on Xbox unfortunately. Wish it could go a tad louder.

Not too bad but not the best. Use it for rainbow six siege and it doesn’t have surround sound well enough to distinguish distinct sounds

It’s cheap, so u get what y pay for, bass level is very low, for fps games I’d say not bad but it’s not good either

Couldnt be more happy with my purchase. Ive had multiple hyperx headsets over the years and have never been disappointed.

Service was good no problem! Did have to go to 2 stores because the 1st store said they had them.

Great headset for the prices, my only complaint is the mute button is located on the ear cuff.

I loved the Cloud II, used them for years, so I figured I’d finally upgrade to the III. Big mistake. Not only does the audio sound worse, but it somehow functions even worse. When plugged into my PC, it has feedback issues. Every sound playing through my PC somehow goes through the headset and echoes through the microphone, meaning everyone can hear any music or sounds coming from my PC. This isn’t an issue with my PC either, as I’ve never had this issue using the same PC with the Cloud II and other headphones. Genuinely so disappointed that I loyally upgraded only to be served an even worse product.

My son asked for these for Christmas, he games on pc regularly and is happy with this set.

Ive never had so many issues out of a headset consistently for no apparent reason. This is terrible. And the software is bad. The default EQ is bad. Awful headset. Dont buy it.

It's a great headset! It's a little big for me, not for my husband!

Its a good enough headset for the price. The box is too big so not a great gift if you hsve to carry it in a flight.

My husband said is ok not what he spected but ok I guess
