I had the wireless version for years, when they needed replaced I went with the wired version and love them. Great sound for games, movies, or meetings. Awesome mic. With teleworking (meetings, etc..) and being a avid gamer I tend to go through headphones and the Hyper X ones have lasted the longest. Due to how my desk setup is I had to get a USB extension, but that was due to my choice of setup, cord length will work for almost all setups.

Great quality headset for gaming or for other uses

The Hyper X wired Headphones is my preferred gaming device to others. The Hyper X Headphones are lite and comfortable, providing heat sounds to the gaming experience.

Surprisingly very comfortable, great sound. Initially picked them up because I had wireless cloud 2s and needed something with a wire for my GoXLR but these have been a blessing

Coming from a non gaming headset, this headset was a huge upgrade. Mic and audio quality was good. Could play a few hours with the headset on with having minor discomfort after a while. I like how the mic is removable and it gives you different options to plug in your headset. Main issue is the right side of my headset started losing sound quality and the audio would fade randomly. Was using this headset for almost 2 years by the time this happened. I would recommend this headset if you’ve never had a gaming headset before and want something easily to plug in, just make sure you take care of it or purchase warranty just in case.

This was a gift for one of the gamers in my family. This is his second headset, and it is more comfortable, and the sound quality is much better.
