Honestly not as great as the cloud 2 they have less bass and not as comfy. Was a pain to set up if you don’t have usbc on your desktop

Comfort - very light with less pinching pressure than other competing products. Fits a very large head comfortably. Performance - Good audio quality, no detectable delay over wireless connection, make sure you update firmware/driver's, noticeable improvement to audio quality with update. Battery - I am still shocked at how long the battery lasts in actual use, I haven't managed to run the battery out despite heavy usage. Personal Pros Removable Mic is great. Personal Cons The excellent comfort comes with a looser fit, be cautious of bending over quickly, so that the headset doesn't fall off. Conclusion: I was worried about making the transition to wireless from wired, I now use these daily, and on some days, all day, for general listening while around the house. Very happy with this purchase, and I would replace them with the same product if I needed to.

I dont know how to i stall it. It don't make any sense that when you call the help line they wanna send geek squad out at $150.00. I'm a reward member.

Was losing connection and audio would make randome robotic noises

Not a one size fits all type of headset and I don’t really like the sound quality. It is on the cheaper end so you get what you pay for. Wouldn’t buy again.

Headset sounded very hallow in terms of sound. After trying multiple different programs to try and fix the sound and adjust it I ended up returning it. Besides that the headphones themself gave no sound reduction, I could hear everything going on around me so no noise cancelation like previous models.

Overall compared to other hyper x headset I’ve tried such as cloud flight and cloud 2 this headset is subpar. Little to no bass. If you plan to use this for “gaming” would not recommend.

Half of the time the microphone fails to pick up my voice.

I bought these Cloud 3 III Wireless brand new and since day 1 have had nothing but issues. There is a constant popping/crackling sound and when I looked online, a lot of people are reporting the same issue. I will be returning these.

Been a fan of HyperX for awhile! These headphones fell short of their usual quality!

Stopped working after one day. Could be an anomaly but went with a different manufacturer.

Bought this for my son in April and it stopped working in July. It wont hold a charge or connect to the Playstation. Having issues trying to get a replacement. Crappy equipment. Dont buy because it wont last long

The micphone is completely not working, sound distortion. Do not buy the wireless one, buy the wired headphone .

There is some delay on it, i think im unlucky to get a bad one

One of my most favorite headsets in the world!! Drivers sound absolutely amazing and the mic is alright. The biggest downside to these was that I had connection issues. My friend however had the same headset and never had any issues with it disconnecting. Such a comfy headset but has issues in my case.
