I know people always say they love a product then not purchase it again. My headset broke and was heartbroken and at first couldn’t locate another set. A wonderful sales person came and helped me and I purchased a new headset. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who is looking for an excellent pair for gaming.

Listen these headphones are comfy however you pretty much need to optimize every setting in order to have even decent to high quality. Do not download the hyperx app (ngenuity) as it’s not good but you can download it to use mic monitoring which I’m enjoying. 1st) Download dts unbound instead and turn everything possible on. 2) Go to windows microphone properties - advanced - change format to highest quality you have. Hope this helps!

i like this, they sound better than my old headphones. Mic is decent.

It gets the job done sounds a lot better than my last headset but for the price I paid I would expect a better sound. I will have to manually adjust the setting so the deep sounds don’t sound muffled. I like to game for 4+hours and in 2 hours of continuous use I feel sore from the head set. So far no problem with the connection.

The quality and clear sound is really great on these headphones

Audio isn’t so great even after messing with settings and can’t really hear a difference, also the straps keep misadjusting itself making it uncomfortable from time to time and have to adjust them frequently.

Get headset wasn’t sure at first but the depth of the audio is amazing
