Get headset wasn’t sure at first but the depth of the audio is amazing

my ear feel so comfortable even hours playing games

2nd set of the headphone son really likes them. Previous ones broke because he leaves them on the floor

Audio isn’t so great even after messing with settings and can’t really hear a difference, also the straps keep misadjusting itself making it uncomfortable from time to time and have to adjust them frequently.

The quality of the headset structure and audio is fairly good, I have had some issues with the microphone and people not being able to hear me as well as I have been trying to update the headset for the past month and it won’t, it’s stays on the same firmware even though it says an update is needed

I've had these for almost a month. At first I thought they were perfect, but as time went on the disillusionment started to work up. Pros: Comfortable, fast charging, good sound. Cons: 2.4ghz dongle has poor connection. Randomly while playing the headsets will disconnect/reconnect. The distance you can walk away is only about 15'. The dongle is only about 4' away from me when I play and it still doesn't always work. It seems like if there are too many sounds in your game the headsets can't handle them and they produce a horrible feedback noise. Randomly the mic will disconnect from discord. I'll be having a conversations and without any notification the mic will cut out and I have to unplug/replug the dongle.

HyperX - Cloud3. I know nothing about these headphones, as I'm not the one using them (that would be my gaming son, who I would ask how they are, but I can never get him away from the computer). I am, however, writing the review for them, in an attempt to somehow possibly back into winning $400. Will it happen? Probably not. Have you wasted your time reading this review? Yes. My apologies.

The metal connectors/hinges next to the earphones seem sturdy enough, but the use of plastic just above the metal hinges is concerning. Metal without a sturdy base negates the purpose of using metal. These head phones also lack bluetooth capabilities. For the price, I feel like they could have used more metal and included bluetooth

Had the cloud 2 wireless for about a year but the audio starting wearing so decided to purchase a new kind but same brand. Didn’t make a mistake, by far these are already the top3 headsets out there in the market. Thank you bestbuy for having it on sale
