Noise cancellation doesn’t work

I work from home and have a baby and my old hyperx headphones worked great but broke, and I thought I might as well upgrade while I’m getting new ones. But I should’ve bought the old generation. These sound and feel great, but without the noise cancellation they are basically useless to me.

Headset became glitchy after 3 months
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I only had it for 3 months and it has already started to have weird distortions where just listening to music with it will make it sound robotic to the point where you can understand a word and eventually the audio will cut off. I don't recommended buying the wireless version of this headset. I actually enjoyed it a lot before it started being glitchy with me.
