Do not download the hyperx app (ngenuity) as it’s not good but you can download it to use mic monitoring which I’m enjoying. 1st) Download dts unbound instead and turn everything possible on. 2) Go to windows microphone properties - advanced - change format to highest quality you have. My first HyperX and I don't regret it, I got it on sale and I love the side tone feature and leatherette ear cups they feel amazing. I also like the fact it doesn't have RGB

I will have to manually adjust the setting so the deep sounds don’t sound muffled. I like to game for 4+hours and in 2 hours of continuous use I feel sore from the head set. So far no problem with the connection.

Decent headset for audio

Such high hopes

At first I thought they were perfect, but as time went on the disillusionment started to work up. Pros: Comfortable, fast charging, good sound. Cons: 2.4ghz dongle has poor connection. Randomly while playing the headsets will disconnect/reconnect. The distance you can walk away is only about 15'. The dongle is only about 4' away from me when I play and it still doesn't always work. It seems like if there are too many sounds in your game the headsets can't handle them and they produce a horrible feedback noise. Randomly the mic will disconnect from discord. I'll be having a conversations and without any notification the mic will cut out and I have to unplug/replug the dongle.
