My gripes are that sometimes the mic doesn’t pick up a lot of my voice in some situations, and that the headphones are quite loose for me.

A Solid Product

I like the Stinger series, but I did prefer the first iteration's cut off cord being more toward the middle of the entire cord rather than right at the splitter.

Definite upgrade over her old one. I test drove it myself first and the overall sound and spacial sound is pretty good for the sale price.

Clear sound. Clear mic. The volume wheel is a little touchy and is easy to bump on accident. No detachable mic is a bummer, but can't really complain for the excellent price.
