Could be great if not the poor mic

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had issues with the mic not being able to pick up my voice or glitching out and picking up loud static. Tried reinstalling drivers, updating drivers, etc. but no luck. Seems to be a common issue for this headset.
