For headphones that don’t cost an arm and a leg. These are great! Can hear foot steps and works great for hitman 3. Reason for only 4 stars is because they feel like cheap plastic. But for price can’t beat it. Best Buy had best price.

Great set of headphones they work on my PlayStation 4 and 5 but after I updated my Xbox one they stop working on it. Then I tried to use them on my Xbox series x and they didn’t work. They are only compatible with PlayStation and pc

The head set only lasted 3 months, after which didnt produce any noise and i couldnt talk to friends.

I bought these for my son so he can play his video games. But, while he is at school, I use them for work and I must say that these are probably the best headphones, or headset, that I've ever used outside of my airpod pros. The microphone and surround sound are both phenominal.

Purchased the headset to help with my work from home job. It does the job, but not as comfortable as thought they would be. Most likely because I am not one that wore headsets before. Sound is ok, could be better. Controls are good ... turning on the first time was confusing though.

This headset is cool and satisfied all my needs. The product has a handsome appearance and the voice is good.

Very tight and rough fit against the ears even after adjusting how far down the headphones can reach. Have to unplug and plug back in the USB adapter after being turned off to connect. You have to talk loud at first for the mic to trigger and start picking up sound no matter what your mic volume is. Sound wise, I wouldn’t recommend it for games like Call of Duty or other games you need to listen closely on. I see ads saying that the headphones are the best for listening to music on while playing games, and I wouldn’t really agree with that at all. I’ve had other headsets that don’t even mention music on ads or the box and have great sound quality for music. But I wouldn’t recommend the headset unless you have a small head because it’s a very tight fit on mine

I bought this headset and as soon as i turned it on the mic would cut out. The headset as a whole is good quality and worth the money but anytime i try to talk to my friends they complain because the mic keeps cutting out.

Wireless headphones with okay sound out of the box. You have to install the NGENUITY software from their website to experience the "7.1 surround" The wireless range is probably about 15 ft open space. I was sold by the flip-up-to-mute microphone, however, the microphone is SUPER quiet, even after messing with windows settings. I have to repeat myself in voice chat and am constantly reminded "You sound really far away." The NGENUITY software has a Microphone slider, but maxed out, it made no difference. The headset also lacks Side-Tone (being able to hear yourself speak) which is a feature I particularly love to have in a headset, not that the mic picks up my voice anyway. I cannot recommend these for the price, and will be returning mine.

I've always been skeptical of wireless electronics because of bad luck in the past, but these are extremely high quality, easy to set up and amazing battery life. Very much worth the purchase. I'm able to plug this in my desktop, then my laptop and back again at ease.

It is quiet and gives “ no noise background “ is for instruction on line today for college student.

I do not play games but, I use this headset for my day to day activities on my laptop like, attend to meetings on Teams, listen to technical videos etc.,
