Unfortunately "Wireless" is misleading

However upon speaking with customer support for the product, it is NOT wireless for xbox users, the cord must be used. There should be a disclaimer that the wireless option is NOT available for xbox, but informed it should work for playstation & nintendo.

Great Mid range wireless headset

Bought it for my daughter and she loves it. When on sale, for the price of competitive items this one would be a 5 stars. I wish the headband would be more metal and less plastic, I’m worried that it could break on the long run.

I haven't a single complaint.
