Only works for PS5. Does not work on laptop or computer.

Had to return these were the only ones not compatible with the Xbox series

Bought for my wife so she can use to work. She did not like. She could not get past 3 feet from the laptop. Sound was good.

Walk in the door and son was waiting saying his turtle bay headphones had died and was begging us to please go get him these. Ordered online and by time we got to the store they were ready and son has no complaints so far with them.

the microphone does not work with computer games. the audio sound was pretty good but does not let you talk to people in games.

I bought these for my child for Christmas but they're not working. When playing a game, the other players can't hear anyone on our end but we can hear them. Need to exchange.

These are great except for turning them on and off they are a little difficult. But other then that they are great.

They are very adjustable which is nice because I have a small head these headphones are also very easy to use and easy to connect to your pc. I would recommend this product.

Poor sound quality. However good build quality. Very easy plug and play.

First wireless headset after using logitech ones that kept breaking. So far so good after about a month. Only negative is my friends saying the voice quality isnt as good. Everything else works great.

Purchased for my 14 year old grandson who wanted a microphone on his deadphones. He is very happy with these. We were steered to these by a BB employee who recommended for quality and price.

Bought these for my teenager for Christmas. He likes them everyday. Have to tell him to stop yelling to his friends because he can’t hear himself talking and gets louder and louder.

These headphones feel really cheap, the plastic is super brittle! As far a the sound goes, they are reasonable. Due to software issues with the Ngenuity program that controls the "7.1 surround sound settings", I've been unable to try this option out.. I would not recommend this product or any of the other peripherals from this company! Look Else Where!

Garbage. Low build quality and audio quality. While they do contain 7.1 surround sound, they cannot work with my Xbox, lack comfort, and feel cheap. At a $80 price point, I would like to have at least a metal band that doesn’t feel as though it will snap at any moment.

Good headset got on sale and has only one problem, it makes some spotty noises here and there but my guess is it's a driver issue
