Good build, feels solid. Sound quality is great. The flip to mute the mic is good feature but hope it doesn’t weaken and break over time.

[Employee of bestbuy] Completely bricked about a year after purchase. Haven’t even used it that much, but the mic sounds horrible and I’ve lost all audio in the left ear now. Not the worst decision if you get it on sale (>50% off) but at full price this is highway robbery.

Aside from being a bit heavy and having the microphone and the wrong side, the headphones have been very reliable and have demonstrated no issues with compatibility.

It's not that bad TBH. It has good sound quality. Although It was not that comfortable after like 1 hour. The mic was ok it sounded like I was a robot.

Great replacement! Dog broke my old one and needed one quick. Good sound and no complaints on the microphone. Nothing on the fancy side tho.

Good headset for the money. The Hyper X Cloud 2 have a better build quality for a little more money. Would recommend those over these if you can spend a little more.

Very good sound quality but the mic has some permanent white noise and when streaming on obs I have to use a filter and it fixes this .

We've gone through quite a lot of headset for my son playing Xbox. Since he can't use wireless with Xbox, many of them got the wire torn apart at the jack connecting the console. Or, even a brand new one had a microphone flaw. This headset has been working well 'so far' and my son loves it. We did purchased an additional two year warranty, though, figuring out it'd make sense for the longer term. Just in case, so that we don't have to get stressed out with another broken headset and spending more money, which has already been adding up.
