So...if you are a gamer who wants to hear only your game buy these today. If you are a parent who wants to be able to get your child's attention don't. It doesn't matter what I say or how loud I say it, he cannot hear me. So they exceed the expectation of what they are supposed to do.

Sturdy Headset

It works on my Macbook book great, as I can plug it in directly to my audio port and have the mic work as well. My main gripe is when I use it on my desktop, the splitter cable it comes with for the mic/headphones does not seem to work too well, it makes the mic hard to hear. It would have been great if it was a usb headset or came with a usb extension.
