great product - just buy it somewhere else. I had purchased another headset and we waiting too long due to COVID to return it and they refused to take it back. They were really slow to get someone to help us and everyone there seemed to not really care.

They are alright cord was really long felt like it was always in the way

I was looking for a cheaper headset for gaming and this was definitely a good purchase. This headset has lasted me a long time, and my only complaint would be after a long gaming session it tends to hurt my ears, but that is after several hours of gaming.

These worked for 1 month before they just stopped working all together. I get a lot from this brand so this was a disappointment.

Good deal, works well. Had to buy a new one after about a year or so because my dog chewed some of the cord. The cord is long and sometimes I roll over it with my chair, however its durable (except if theres a puppy involved)

My son purchased these for a second time. He broke the first pair. These are a great alternative to the high priced headsets. They do everything your gamer will need. Plus, get the protection plan, it could be a life saver if your little gamer tends to be a little rough on the equipment!

This headphones work for Nintendo switch well but not for Xbox one. Volume is extremely low for quality use in my personal opinion. Very average headphones but my son likes them so I guess I’ll keep them.

I brought it as a gift for my son n he loved it and can listen to his music.

Definitely the best bang for your buck headset. I find the mic super convenient to mute. The ear custions are very comfortable. The wire is the only downside because it is flimsy. But that is the case with most products today.

Good headset for the price , if you’re real into gaming step up 100%

its a great product i bought it for my son who is a beginning gamer and he loves it . he is on his system at least 3 hours a day and he never complains about the product where before he constantly complained about his previous headset.

This this product happened to be on sale, so I spent a little more than I had expected too. I am so glad that I did! It was easy to set up (an audio cable w/ extension that plugs into the back of my computer) and I have had no problems.

They worked great for the first 2 months but the sound goes in and out. The mute button works well but I guess you get what you pay for price wise. Headphones $75 and up probably work better.

Purchased in October as a replacement for broken turtle beach headset. It lasted longer than the rmturtle beach. One side of the headset went out but extended in store warranty replaced it. We will see how it holds up.

Bought this product online with store pickup as a gift for a teenaged gamer. The product exceeded expectations. Best Buy awarded an unexpected yet appreciated birthday discount as well! In store pick up was fast and easy with excellent customer service! Great experience overall!

Did some research on gaming headsets under 50 bucks, and this model was quite up there. I am very satisfied w/ this purchase. I have surround sound and when even when I'm not chatting in an online party I prefer the headset vs. the surround sound.
