I got these for my son so he’d leave mine alone. It’s his first pair. I didn’t want to start off too expensive so I can seem gracious at Christmas when he upgrades. He loved the easy mute feature and flexible design. The sound was ok for the price, acceptable but not amazing.

Great headset for the family. They work very well I would love to see Hyper-X install just a little bit thicker cord to this model. With kids over period of time cord get shorts in them. Recommend you buy the extend warranty when you can.

This pair of headphones are a great starter for gamers. The cord will over time wear down and become staticky. That’s why I went wireless. Although the manufacture does well with warranties and response to claims quickly.

Comfortable headset but not great for music, at times I have trouble with the mic, some people complain of static. Spend the extra money to get a good quality headset that will last a long period of time.

Liked the headset for my daughter, went for a Razer Kraken for myself, but both too bulky for myself. Went for a Beats flex instead as can't stand a mic in front of my face, though in this model it nicely folds away

I was in search of a new headset as my old one recently broke. I was looking for something in the $40-65 range, and asking my friends for recommendations for a good gaming headset at that price. Many of them recommended the HyperX brand. The Cloud's were slightly over my budget so I decided on purchasing this new model, and i LOVE it. It's lightweight, durable, and most importantly has good sound quality. Not only is it good for gaming, it's also good for music. The sound has a really good bass; if you're an EDM listener like me, you'll love this headset. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has a budget, yet still want a quality headset.

3rd replacement. My son does really like the headset but something always goes out on the microphone piece. Luckily I purchased the ext warranty. I have been able to replace in store, same day each time.

Came back to write a review, since I was so impressed with these headphones. They work great, even after heavy use from two boys and myself over the past few months. Very reliable. I'm glad I ordered two, because someone always wants to borrow mine.

Bought this headset because my son's wireless one broke. I didn't know if he would like this since it wasn't wireless, but he has no complaints. I liked the fact it was a lot less expensive. So far so good!

They are okay. For some reason, Chromebooks do not like them, possibly a physical issue. We worked around the Chromebook audio problem by using an HDMI to VGA converter that has it's own audio jack.

Got this for my sister, after some usage it's an ok option at the 50 dollar range, but things such as sound quality and comfort leave a lot to be desired. Overall ok product

Uncomfortable if wearing for a period of time and the earcups isn't foam. Everything from sound to mic is good just wish it was wearable. You get what you paid for.

To be honest these are not the best gaming headphones out there ALTHOUGH if you’re on a tight budget like I was, get them! They still get the job done and you can easily raise or lower the volume from a side slide

+ Lightweight + Earmuffs are good quality pleather + Painlessly simple to set up due to using RCA-style jacks o Did not test the microphone at all, so I have no opinion on it. - For a pair of headphones, the audio quality is beyond whack. - HyperX does not have a software engine to configure the headphones. - Unable to get decent results with audio quality even when using a good equalizer. The sound range is simply not there.
