had no problems with the headset. Overall it worked very well without any issues. Unfortunately it was not as hardy as I had hoped and did not last for a long period of time. The cord begin to become detached from the headset.

I'm very happy with the item. It was a best deal I can find at the price point. If I was going to try to find fault, I would say that mic could be louder, but you can compensate for it through the software.

I got this headset for my grandson for his birthday. He just recently got into gaming with his friends and did not have a gaming headset. He absolutely loves it.

My 13 year old son wears these all the time. He only had an issue when his brother stepped on them. Fortunately we had bought the extended warranty on them and were able to get a replacement pair. He loves them.

Very good gaming monitor and my son loves it. Though it has a very long cable but he finds way to minimize the length of the excess cable.

This headset was a bit clunky to get setup as the instructions don't show exactly what needs to go where. But once everything gets figured out, the sound quality is above average.

Bought this as my first over ear gaming headset and I love it, I have no problems with it at all and it works fine. I especially like the feature that allows you to mute the mic if you flip it up.

Good product but probably won’t buy again spe let went out as soon as warranty was over so I’ll spend more for a better quality headset for my son he’s a serious gamer not his favorite.

I bought these headphones as a gift for my son, and he just loves them! They ended up breaking, due to normal wear and tear and my son told me I had to get the same exact pair again. He loves using them when he plays online!

Love it! Would be 5 stars if the max volume was a little higher... Decent range of sound spectrum. I use it for gaming ps4 or video calls and listening to audio on my PC.

I bought these for my son who plays fortnite and minecraft on the PC. He can hear fine, but it is very difficult for his friends to hear him.

My 12 year old got it for his gaming system. This is the 2nd purchase from HyperX. His twin uses an older model. No complaints. They love that you can simply flick the mic up to mute.

Solid headset for the price . Way better than the turtle beaches. Had some crackle in the speakers when breaking them in . Very solid and great volume range will for sure buy hyper x again

Bought for my 15 year old son who uses it for his Xbox games. He researched and selected this unit. Seems to work well and he is satisfied.

these lasted me 1 year before I needed to replace them Luckily I purchased that protection plan so I got these new ones for free. If buying this, buy the protection plan.
