Loved the sound quality and microphone but it stopped working after a couple of days. Do not buy

These have held up pretty well. Had great difficulty getting them to work with my alienware laptop. Microphone is unstable when using my computer. Working to fix this (firmware, updates, patches, etc).

It barely plays sound. I am confused, as it is supposed to be #1 for gaming. It does muffle outside noise, but in game I can barely hear.

Item did not fit well, sound quality was decent. My daughter had problems with the material it was made out of causing a reaction.

I love this for the price I got it for and thank you best buy I am a gamer and looking to test out stuff for you if need be.

My son uses it for P.C gaming and he loves it. He specifically requested this model because all his friends use and abuse them with their late night gaming sessions. No regrets.

Had to buy another headset because my husband was using for gaming(he is a beginner) and my older sons(experienced gamers) liked them too. Good value.

My kid bought this headset for gaming and really likes it. Good quality mic and speaker for the price. This is his second one but only because he sat on first one

The cord where it plugs into the computer is not a USB, instead it's 2 wires. Did not fit properly into the ports and the microphone does not work. I shall be returning it or exchanging it for something else.

My son likes it but only thing is the cable is very sensitive. For example, when he's on the phone and touches a plug part of a cable, it disconnects from a call.

Both of my sons have a pair of these headphones. They use them for gaming and they think they work extremely well. They are very happy with their purchase.

This headset worked good for a while. Unfortunately it stopped working on my sons xbox one after a while. I'm assuming it was no longer compatible so I had to return it.

I bought these for my 12 yr old, for his computer, now he doesn't hear me yelling at him anymore. don't know if that's a good thing or a bad yet. he seems to be enjoying them.

This were great for the price, only downside is the mic isn’t the best for noise canceling as well as others

Broke after less than two years of use. After one year, volume slider on the side, once pushed to max, stops audio coming from right side. After 1.5 years, mic barely picks up audio anymore unless you put the mic in your mouth.

Kids are using it for remote learning. Also, they are using them for video games and personal use with no issues.

Purchased this headset to replace my Logitech G430 that is only an online purchase at best buy these days. Was told that they were superior to an outdated Logitech headset that i was using. Well that person has never tried this specific headset. At least the G430's came with software to enable 7.1 DTS surround sound. This doesn't come with anything to give surround sound. You'll pay 60.00 for a stereo sound, that is plan ridiculous, your better off getting something else for the same price that gives surround sound. Would not recommend this headset at all...
