when i first bought the product, i got it all hook up and then when i went to go play a game online i could hear my friends talk. But I couldn‘t hear any sound from the game or on my tv with it.

I really like this wired headset. Being able to mute even when it’s wired in on the PS makes this worth it. Comfortable as well.

Great values for a good pair of gamer headphones. I have an esports league and they work well for the price. And it comes with a splitter for PCs.

They work good but having the ability to adjust chat volume and game volume separately would make these great for the price. Audio mixers don’t do them justice

Literally a perfect headset and super comfy and light, but after 2 months of use, all my buddies said they heard static on their end and I couldn’t hear anything. Nothing I did would fix it.

Broke after less than two years of use. After one year, volume slider on the side, once pushed to max, stops audio coming from right side. After 1.5 years, mic barely picks up audio anymore unless you put the mic in your mouth.

just started gaming online again and needed a headset. I bout this and was satisfied with the results. The only thing is that I wish they were cordless.

The headphones are so much better then the ones I had before. They’re really good for surround noise and fairly easy to set up as well

It works. Great beginner headset for gaming. It feels a little tight on my head but I can play a couple of hours with it on.

Good headset for playing on ps4 for the price. They are wired but the wire is barely noticeable. Good as entry level headset or backup headset.

I purchased two pairs of headphones for each of my kids for their online schooling. So far no issues, I like the Auto mute feature when the mic is up.

I purchased this headset today, 03/31/18, as a back up due to all the "Rav Reviews" I've heard. I've never owned a HyperX product before. My usual choice in gaming headsets is Steelseries. I've been usuing these for about six/seven hours now... Let me tell you, these sound better than the 2018 Sony Gold's and my Arctis 5's on the PS4 Pro. Just to compare, I have the following headsets.... Arctis 3. Arctis 5. Arctis 7. Siberia...something. Sony Gold 2018. Sony Platinum. Sony Pulse Elite. Like three or four Turtle Beach. And alot of others I've collected over the years. These are my second favorite for my PS4 to use as of now. And I don't see this changing. Comfortable, sounds great, ear audio, which is an issue with PS4 as some headsets that are third party made, Sony makes it where they will have volume that is low...and overall a very sturdy/good build quality which is a BIG PLUS because I have a big head. Speaker cups are just big enough to cover my ears completely and my ears are about medium size...if that makes sense. I'm playing Fortnite on PS4 Pro and PUBG on Xbox...weapon sounds are loud and clear with my volume hovering between 70-80%. I can hear footsteps really well too and get the direction of them pretty quick. The mic, not bad. Definitely good when compared to some $100 dollar models. I would strongly suggest getting these. I am definitely a HyperX fan as of today.

This is my first gaming headset and it did not disappoint. The price point is very appealing and I will definitely consider upgrading to the next version.

No noise cancellation. Volume is average. Overall it does it's job for the price you are paying however.

When it works it sounds great. But that’s just the problem, it doesn’t always work as intended. The sounds cuts in and out and when there’s a lot going on in the game the headset warps the sound and ruins the immersion. Also buzzes a lot. Going to return this it was a shame.
