These headphones worked great... somewhat noise cancelling, the swivel feature made them easy to adjust, sound came through clearly... until they just died/stopped working for no reason less than one month after I purchased them. I've tested them thoroughly and they just don't work now - no sound, no nothing. I keep them in a safe place and there is no damage to them. Really disappointed.

All in all the reviews are to be trusted. only kicker is I wear Glasses & these are not Glasses friendly, because the flexibility of the headphones the glasses make a crease that breaks the seal so sound gets out and in.

The sound is of poor quality. I’m using it with a PC and even at the highest setting it is very low. It is comfortable when used for long periods of time.

Probably a good idea to get a warranty with these headphones. Mine did not last very long at all and the mic quality is verybad

Very low volume. All settings on my XBox are maxed out and it’s still very difficult to hear anything out of them.

Excellent for the price when it was working . Now , barely after a year of moderate use they cut in and out.

I loved this headset for the first few months, but the sound quality started to diminish as time went on. Basic wear and tear will break this headset easily. They are cheaply made.

I purchased these because i work from home answering calls. I was told i sound like i was in a tunnel or far away. I can't comment on how they would do gaming.

The sound doesn't work on the left side of the headset, it doesn't connect to the extra plug in cord

I don't know why my son only lasted 3 months, they always took care of themselves but well they fulfilled their function during that time

Got these just to use on the side but they have really poor audio quality and mic quality. They would be good for a child but not someone trying to game or talk through discord.

For the price, these headphones should work better than they do. I had bad mic feedback and the sound went in and out frequently. I ended up buying basic skull candy ear buds that work better for $14.99.

I was told to get this headset but it was a mistake. What I really needed was a Webcam. But the headset fitted very comfortably.

Headset works fine for my headset if plugged into controller. The splitter that comes with it for pc stopped working after 3 days.

They worked fine for the few weeks. Recently the sound started cutting out and started to sound really choppy. I’ve tried a few things I found online, but they didn’t fix the issue.

The headset itself sounds ok and the microphone works well. However the cable quality is horrid. After less then 2 months of normal use I started experiencing weird cut-outs. the connector at the 3.5mm jack now has to be rotated, bent etc... to even sound in one ear. After a quick google I found posts and videos about this very headset and headset brand so this is clearly a know problem... for a headset at this price that's not acceptable. find something else.

It’s ok you get what you pay for. My grandson uses it but cord is too short literally have a o be seated super close to the tv

Son had a hard time being heard from the mic. Not worth it.

I purchased 3 of these in August. Two for middle school aged kids and one for my wife. After 5 months of daily use for "distance learning", my daughter complained that hers was emitting static noise. I gave her my Cloud II headset and told her not to be so rough with them. Then I took my wife's headset which she used maybe once a week for a 1 hr conference call. Then hers died too. With hers the right speaker went out altogether and the left was barely audible. I know rough usage was not a factor with the second set failing. With 2 out of 3 it seems like these are just prone to failure. Will go with a different brand for the replacements.

I have to exchange this often. It is used a lot, but luckily I bought the protection plan so I pay $5 and get new ones every 6 months or so.
