I did purchase the extended warranty plan , these were purchased for my grandson, I tried to set up an appointment with Best Buy ? first available appointment was mid August , this is July 19 , my grandson is having a fit !! way to go Best Buy another disappointed little boy , you extend warranty plan really sucks !!!!!

Good while it lasted

Then it just stopped. No visible sign of a problem. No damage to the cord. It just stopped. Tried it with a Mac, a Windows laptop, and a phone. It's just dead. If you're going to go for it, you might want to buy the warranty. I wish I had.

Can't believe this is $50...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This headset is probably the sweetest headset under $50, I've previously used the Kraken and this thing is way more comfortable, has a cleaner sound, and just feels like the plastic construction feels more stong? (if that's even a thing lol) I use these to play Destiny & Overwatch on my Xbox, and its super convenient to have all the controls on the headset so you don't have to keep looking for the usual inline volume control. Definitely recommend!!
